The subject of the order is: Cashless purchase of liquid fuels (unleaded petrol and diesel), non-fuel products and services for cars, other vehicles and equipment used by Polska Grupa Górnicza SA – group no. 231-7 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, as well as the legal requirements and required quality parameters, are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications. In order to confirm that the offered service complies with the Ordering Partys requirements, the above-mentioned evidence must be submitted with the offer. 4. Purchase of unleaded gasoline meeting the quality requirements of the PN-EN 228:2026-01 standard and diesel fuel meeting the quality requirements of the PN-EN 590:2026-01 standard, non-fuel products and services, made cashless using electronic cards at gas stations belonging to the Contractors network of stations throughout the country for cars, other vehicles, and equipment used by Polska Grupa Górnicza SA. 5. Purchases will be made cashless, using cards issued to the registration number of the car or the bearer. With the Contractors consent, the Ordering Party may temporarily assign the registration number of a replacement car to the card. The Contractor will hand over the issued cards to the Ordering Party, and in the event of their loss, the Contractor will issue new cards free of charge to replace the lost one with a new PIN. The number of cards required as of the date of initiation of the procedure is 135 and may change during the execution of the order. 6. The procedures for the award of a utilities contract are being conducted as an open tender under the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act. 7. The procedures are being conducted in Polish. 8. The information obligation arising from Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L. 2016.119.1 of 4 May 2016) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is fulfilled on the PGG SA website in the GDPR tab, in the "Contractors/Contractors Employees" attachment. In the case of processing personal data for purposes related to a public procurement procedure, the Ordering Party has fulfilled the information obligation in the Buyer Profile on the Polska Grupa Górnicza website in the "PZP Information Obligation" tab. 9. Additionally, the Ordering Party informs that a) the exercise by the data subject of the right to rectification or supplementation referred to in Article 16 of the GDPR may not result in a change in the outcome of the procurement procedure or a change in the provisions of the public procurement contract to an extent inconsistent with the Act.b) in a procurement procedure, submitting a request to restrict processing, as referred to in Article 18(1) of the GDPR, does not limit the processing of personal data until the procedure is completed. 10.
