Christmas lighting in Rzeszów for the 2026/2027 season, with decorative elements provided by the Contractor

The Rzeszów City Commune - Rzeszów City Hall in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the installation of 613 Christmas decorations, using decorative elements supplied by the contractor, along streets and squares located in the center of Rzeszów, as part of the basic contract. The contract includes installation of the elements, including connection to power points in locations designated by the Ordering Party, inspection tours during lighting hours, maintenance of the decorations for the duration of the contract, and dismantling upon completion of the project. The location and design of the decorations are included in the appendix entitled "Specification of Christmas Decorations 2026/2027 – Basic Scope," which is an annex to the draft contract provisions. During the contract period, the Ordering Party, exercising its option right, anticipates the possibility of increasing the number of decorations to be installed, pursuant to the terms described in § 2 of the draft contract provisions. The work will often be carried out with active electrical equipment, near existing cables and other live components of the municipal lighting network. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor's employees assigned to the execution of the order have appropriate professional qualifications (certificates): - for persons involved in the operation of power equipment, installations and networks, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 1 July 2022 on detailed rules for determining the qualifications of persons involved in the operation of equipment, installations and networks (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1392); Appendix No. 1, Group 1 points 2, 9 and 13 or Appendix No. 2, Group 1 points 2, 7 and 10 or corresponding valid qualifications (qualification certificates) acquired (issued) on the basis of previously applicable provisions (a qualification certificate is understood as a certificate issued in accordance with art. 54 of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "PE", and the regulations of the Minister of Culture and Environmental Protection or an identical certificate recognized by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with art. 54 sec. 2b of the PE, acquired in Member States of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation or Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) - parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, within the meaning of the Act of 22 December 2015 on the principles of recognition of professional qualifications acquired in Member States of the European Union (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 166).
