The 6: Sąd Okręgowy w Płocku in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the procurement procedure is the cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness in the following objects and their surroundings. The contractor will provide cleaning services under their own supervision, using professional cleaning agents and equipment. The contractor guarantees that the materials and cleaning agents used for the services are approved in accordance with legal regulations and will be used in accordance with their intended purpose and manufacturer's recommendations. The contractor is responsible for covering the costs of purchasing cleaning, disinfecting, fragrant agents, and waste bags. Within the scope of the services, the contractor is obligated to deliver fragrant agents, toilet paper, toilet tissue, and paper towels. During the performance of the services, the contractor shall ensure that the area covered by the agreement maintains a tidy and orderly state, compliance with health and safety regulations, and fire safety regulations, and shall be liable for any damages arising from the execution of the services and actions of the contractor's employees. The cleaning and maintenance services will be provided in the following objects: Part I. a. in the buildings of the Court in Płock at pl. Gabriela Narutowicza 4 and 6, ul. 1 Maja 4a, al. Kilińskiego 10b b. around the buildings of the Court in Płock at pl. Gabriela Narutowicza 4 and 6, ul. 1 Maja 4a, al. Kilińskiego 10b Part II a. in the building of the Court in Sierpc at ul. Wiosny Ludów 1 b. around the building of the Court in Sierpc at ul. Wiosny Ludów 1. Part III a. in the building of the Court in Gostynin at ul. 3 Maja 43 b. around the building of the Court in Gostynin at ul. 3 Maja 43. The detailed description of the procurement subject includes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The procuring entity intends to grant the order under the right of option. The scope of the option includes the implementation of cleaning services in the object at pl. Gabriela Narutowicza 6 (office) beyond the guaranteed order, covering an area that was not included in the guaranteed order, i.e., 117.47 m² maximum for a period of 12 months (1409.64 m² during the execution of the order). The procuring entity will inform the contractor separately of its intention to exercise the right of option, with the notice being submitted to the contractor no later than one month before the start of service execution. In the notice, the procuring entity shall specify the additional area where the services will be provided under the right of option. In case the procuring entity exercises the right of option, the contractor shall apply the same price per 1 m² of cleaned area as specified in the tender form. During the execution of the order, the procuring entity may exercise the right of option multiple times until the amount of the optional order payment specified by the contractor is exhausted. The order executed under the option is a unilateral right of the procuring entity. Failure by the procuring entity to exercise the right of option does not give rise to any claims on the part of the contractor against the procuring entity. Contractors shall submit tenders for Part I covering the entire scope of the procurement subject (guaranteed order and optional order). Failure to meet this requirement will result in the rejection of the tender for Part I. 3. The procurement subject will be implemented in accordance with the terms of the model contract, which constitutes Annex No. 7 to the current SWZ. with tender notice no. 672266-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
