Cleaning of buildings and premises of the Praga-Południe District Office in the period from 01/01/2027 to 30/06/2028.

The Warsaw City Hall, Praga-Południe District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the cleaning of the buildings and properties of the Praga-Południe District Office in the period from 01/01/2027 to 30/06/2028, i.e.:  cleaning of office rooms, corridors, stairwells, social rooms, archives, warehouses, washing and disinfecting of sanitary rooms, daily duty – ongoing cleaning,  window washing, watering plants,  cleaning and snow removal from properties,  performance of other work ordered in accordance with the contract. The detailed scope of activities and description of the facilities covered by cleaning are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Appendix 13 to the Specifications for Technical Conditions, which also constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the contract template. 2. Additional obligations of the Contractor arising from the social clause based on art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employs persons on the basis of an employment relationship, full-time within the meaning of art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1245, consolidated text) employees directly performing activities related to, among others:  persons on day duty, i.e.: ongoing cleaning of sanitary facilities, cleaning after meetings, washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen, monitoring of corridors, stairwells, office entrances and elevators (ul. Grochowska 274 and 3 persons (ul. Walewska 4, ul. Wąwolnicka 3, ul. Mycielskiego 20, ul. Paca 39 and ul. Lubelska 30/32)),  other cleaning persons: cleaning of office rooms, corridors, stairwells, basements, archives, external areas. The above condition will be met by hiring new employees/employee under an employment contract or designating employees/employee already employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor to perform the order.
