The Warszawski Uniwersytet Medyczny in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of this contract is the provision of cleaning and maintenance services in student dormitories of the Medical University of Warsaw, cleaning of external areas around the facilities, snow removal, and maintenance of green areas next to the facilities, under the terms and conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The cleaning and maintenance service will be performed using the Contractor's cleaning products and technical equipment, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Place of provision of services: 1) Student Dormitory No. 1 - ul. Batalionu Pięść 9, 2) Student Dormitory No. 2 - ul. Karolkowa 84, 3) Student Dormitory No. 2 BIS - ul. Karolkowa 84. 3. Cleaning services will be provided throughout the duration of the contract, 5 days a week, i.e. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays): in Student Dormitory No. 1 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by at least 3 people, in Student Dormitory No. 2 and 2 BIS from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by at least 6 people. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the subject of the contract in terms of quantity or value, but not exceeding 30% of the remuneration specified in the offer of the Contractor selected in this procedure. 5. Based on art. 95 sec. 1 of the Act, the Ordering Party requires that cleaning services be provided by persons employed under an employment contract, for a total of no less than 9 full-time positions. The Ordering Party allows the Contractor to use persons other than those employed under the employment contract above during the performance of the contract, however, such persons will be employed to provide replacement during vacation, sick leave or other unexpected events. 6. Before concluding the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to conclude, at its own expense, an insurance agreement or subsequent insurance agreements establishing civil liability insurance coverage for the Contractor and all subcontractors during the term of the contract, covering any damage that may be caused to the Ordering Party or third parties in connection with the performance of the provisions of this contract, for an amount of not less than PLN 800,000.00 (in words: eight hundred thousand zlotys) for one and all events covered by the third party liability insurance agreement. 7. The Ordering Party also clarifies that it does not reserve the obligation to personally perform the subject of the contract by the Contractor (Art. 121 of the Act) or by individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (Art. 60 of the Act). 8. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, based on Art. 131 sec. 2 of the Act, the Ordering Party provides the possibility of conducting an on-site visit at the place of service provision after reporting such a request. A request for an on-site visit should be submitted no later than September 25, 2026, on the platform. The Ordering Party also informs that an on-site visit is not mandatory. In light of the above, the Contractor's offer,who will not participate in the on-site inspection will not be subject to rejection, based on art. 226 sec. 1 item 18 of the Act. 9. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only to contractors referred to in art. 94 of the Act. with tender notice no. 683139-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
