The subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with the law and requirements applicable to healthcare facilities, with particular emphasis on the recommendations concerning the hospital. In particular, the service should be provided in accordance with: 1) The Act of December 14, 2012 on Waste; 2) The Act of April 27, 2001 - Environmental Protection Law; 3) The Act of August 19, 2011 on the transport of dangerous goods; 4) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 13, 2014 on the document confirming the disposal of infectious medical waste or infectious veterinary waste; 5) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 26, 2021 on the disposal and storage of medical waste and veterinary waste; 6) Regulation of the Minister of Health of October 5, 2017 on the detailed method of handling medical waste; 7) Regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalogue; 8) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 9 December 2022 on the operation of the Database of products and packaging and waste management. 3. The Contractor will be obliged to weigh waste at the place of collection, in the presence of a representative of the Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor is fully liable for damages to the Ordering Party for failure to comply with occupational health and safety regulations, fire protection regulations, and recommendations of inspection bodies – within the scope of the services provided. 5. The quantity indicated in Appendix 2 to the Technical Specifications is an indicative quantity, adopted for the purpose of comparing offers and selecting the most advantageous offer. 6.
