Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties, recreational and leisure properties and PSZOKs located in the Gostynin Commune

The Gmina Gostynin in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services in 2027 from property owners: residential, recreational and leisure, as well as the collection and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Management Plant (PSZOK) located on the premises of the Municipal Municipal Plant with its registered office in Solec. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in a manner consistent with the provisions of the law, in particular the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as well as the provisions of local law in force in the Gostynin Commune regarding municipal waste management. The subject of the contract includes the collection of the following waste from properties: - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste/sorting residues; - selective (packaging) waste, i.e.: glass, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging, paper and wastepaper; - bio-waste constituting municipal waste; - bulky waste; - construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste; - WEEE, batteries and accumulators; - used tires; - medicines and chemicals; - construction debris and polystyrene; - waste not classified as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring blood levels; - textiles and clothing. Within the Gostynin Commune, the Contractor will provide property owners with containers and bags intended for the collection of municipal waste. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to the draft provisions of the contract entitled "Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract." 2. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or a subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, individuals performing activities in the following areas: - collection, transport, and transfer for further management of municipal waste – vehicle and loader drivers performing the service in question; - supervision of the service and implementation of the contract signed as a result of the award of the public procurement contract – contract coordinator. The method of verifying the employment of these individuals, the Ordering Partys rights to verify the Contractors compliance with the above requirements, and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are described in the draft provisions of the contract. with tender notice no. 708421-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
