The collection and management of municipal waste will be carried out regardless of weather conditions, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and the limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling and the method of calculating the level of reduction of the mass of this waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Małopolska Regional Assembly No. LXXXI/1191/24 of 25 March 2024, as amended, on the Adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Małopolska for the years 2023-2028. 2. The contractor collecting municipal waste from property owners must meet the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Description of the subject of the contract - Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. with tender notice no. 701886-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026. 1.
