Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners inhabited by residents of the Miejsce Piastowe Commune

The Gmina Miejsce Piastowe in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is: "Collecting unsorted (mixed) waste, including residues from sorting municipal waste, selectively collected waste, i.e. bio-waste, metal, plastics, multi-material packaging, paper and glass, as well as collecting and managing other selectively collected municipal waste from property owners inhabited by residents of the Miejsce Piastowe Commune." The scope of the subject of the contract has been divided into two periods: A. from contract conclusion to December 31, 2026. B. from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. The scope of the subject of the contract for period A. from contract conclusion to December 31, 2026, - the scope of the task includes: 1) Collection of municipal waste, specified below, generated within the Miejsce Piastowe Commune: - from property owners where residents reside, collected in bags: - unsegregated (mixed) waste, including residues from municipal waste sorting, - selectively collected bio-waste, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, paper and glass. 2) Collection and management of municipal waste generated within the Miejsce Piastowe Commune, from property owners where residents reside, collected in bags and selectively collected - ash. 3) Collection of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located within the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe in Targowiska, on plot no. 1096/1: plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, paper and glass, bio-waste constituting parts of plants originating from the maintenance of green areas and gardens, 4) Collection and management of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located within the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe in Targowiska, on plot no. 1096/1: used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and chemicals, hazardous waste, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and conducting monitoring of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, textile and clothing waste. 5) Collection of municipal waste from selective collection containers located within the Miejsce Piastowe commune, i.e. green (belonging to the ordering party) glass waste, including glass packaging waste, yellow (belonging to the contractor) waste in total: metals and plastics, including metal waste and metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste,Blue (belonging to the contractor) paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste, and cardboard packaging waste. Collection will take place as part of the so-called "Mobile Collection." The scope of the contract for period B from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 – the scope of the task includes: 1) Collection of municipal waste, specified below, generated within the Miejsce Piastowe Commune: from property owners where residents reside, collected in bags: - unsorted (mixed) waste, including residues from municipal waste sorting, - selectively collected bio-waste, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, paper, and glass. 2) Collection and management of municipal waste generated within the Miejsce Piastowe Commune, from property owners where residents reside, collected in bags and selectively – ash. 3) Collection and management of the following municipal waste generated within the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe, originating from property owners where residents reside as part of the so-called mobile waste collection: expired medicines and used batteries. 4) Collection of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located within the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe in Targowiska, on plot no. 1096/1: plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, paper and glass, bio-waste constituting parts of plants originating from the maintenance of green areas and gardens, 5) Collection and management of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located within the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe in Targowiska, on plot no. 1096/1: used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and chemicals, hazardous waste, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, construction and demolition waste from households, waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and conducting monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, textile and clothing waste. 6) Collection of municipal waste from selective collection containers located within the Miejsce Piastowe commune, i.e. green (belonging to the ordering party) glass waste, including glass packaging waste; yellow (belonging to the contractor) waste including: metals and plastics, including metal waste and metal packaging waste; plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste; blue (belonging to the contractor) paper waste, including cardboard;paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste. with tender notice no. 717486-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
