The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, including: a) the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), b) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013, on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122), c) the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 3, 2021, on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530), d) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017, on the levels of limitation of landfilling of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), e) Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021, on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906) f) Act of December 14, 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), g) provisions of the Specification of Order Terms (TSO). 1.
