Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the city of Przasnysz

The Miasto Przasnysz in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the order description, originating from properties inhabited by residents, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Przasnysz, in a manner that guarantees the achievement of the level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, the level of reduction in the mass of municipal waste sent for landfill, the level of landfilling and the required ratio of the mass of municipal waste sent for thermal treatment to the mass of municipal waste generated within the commune, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733; hereinafter referred to as ucpg), implementing acts to the aforementioned Act and the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and its updates. The detailed scope of services includes: 1) cyclical collection of residual municipal waste collected in containers/bins, 2) cyclical collection of selectively collected segregated municipal waste in containers or bags, 3) comprehensive service of collection points for expired medicines from households designated by the Ordering Party, 4) cleaning the area of ​​contamination that will arise during waste collection, 5) establishment and operation of a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), 6) transport of residual waste directly to operating municipal installations, entered on the list referred to in Art. 38b of the Waste Act (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended; hereinafter referred to as the Waste Act), 7) transport of selectively collected waste, directly or through another waste collector, to a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the waste treatment hierarchy referred to in the Waste Act, 8) establishment and operation of a Customer Service Office (BOK), 9) collection of problem waste directly from properties upon individual request from the property owner/manager and for an additional fee, 10) cleaning and disinfection of containers upon individual request from the property owner/manager and for an additional fee, 11) equipping properties with containers for waste collection upon individual request from the property owner/manager and for an additional fee.
