COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM PROPERTY OWNERS RESIDING IN THE ŁAŃCUT MUNICIPALITY

The Łańcut Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties located within the Łańcut Commune, where residents reside, in a manner that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for reuse and recovery using other methods, and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill. 1.1. Unsorted (mixed) waste and bio-waste constituting municipal waste will be collected: a) from single-family residential buildings: - in the period from 1 June to 31 August – at least once every two weeks; - during the remaining period – once a month; b) from multi-unit buildings: at least once every 10 days. 1.2. Collection of segregated waste once a month, in accordance with the schedule established by the Contractor. 1.3. Collection of waste from bins located in public places within the Łańcut Commune, including at bus stops, i.e. providing a KP7 container for the purposes of collecting the aforementioned waste by ZGK sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sonin and collection of this waste from the KP7 container located at the place indicated by the Ordering Party (within the Łańcut Commune), upon the Ordering Party’s notification, on average once every 2 weeks. 1.4. Collection of construction and demolition waste upon the notification of the Ordering Party and a resident. 1.5. Providing residential properties with 120 l bags marked with the type of waste to be collected in them, with colors in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of May 10, 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906.) 1.6. Delivery of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) within the municipality, provided that the property owner provides their own containers for the collection of municipal waste at their own expense. 1.7. During the term of the contract, the Contractor will conduct one environmental education training course each at the following educational institutions: School and Kindergarten Complex in Albigowa, School and Kindergarten Complex in Handzlówka, School and Kindergarten Complex in Kraczkowa, School and Kindergarten Complex in Sonin, School and Kindergarten Complex in Wysoka, School Complex in Cierpisz, School Complex in Głuchów, School Complex in Kosin, School Complex in Rogóżno, regarding promoting proper municipal waste segregation in households. Duration of one training course - at least 1 teaching hour, grades 1-4. The training schedule should be agreed in advance with the principals of each institution.
