Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Sośnicowice Commune in 2027.

The SOŚNICOWICE MUNICIPALITY in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste generated on residential properties in the Sośnicowice Commune during the term of the contract, of the following fractions: 1) Glass, including colorless and colored glass, 2) plastics, 3) paper and cardboard, 4) multi-material packaging, 5) metal, 6) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste, 7) green waste, 8) furniture and other bulky waste, 9) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste (excluding waste from works that require a permit or notification for construction or demolition and hazardous waste, in particular products containing asbestos), 10) mixed waste. 2. Collection of municipal waste from residential properties will be carried out with the following frequency: 1) unsorted municipal waste: a) once every 2 weeks for single-family properties, b) once a week for multi-family properties. 2) selectively collected waste (excluding biodegradable waste): a) once every 4 weeks for single-family properties, b) once every 2 weeks for multi-family properties, c) twice a year (at intervals of approx. 6 months) collection of furniture and other bulky waste, left out by residents of single- or multi-family properties on a specific day indicated in the schedule, d) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste (excluding waste originating from work that requires a permit or notification for construction or demolition, and hazardous waste, in particular products containing asbestos), is collected in special BIG BAG bags rented from the Contractor for this purpose and provided by the Contractor. 3) biodegradable waste: a) once every 4 weeks for single-family properties from November 1 to March 31, b) once every 2 weeks for multi-family properties from November 1 to March 31, c) once every 2 weeks for single-family properties from April 1 to October 31, d) once a week for multi-family properties from April 1 to October 31. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications - Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). 3. Vehicles meeting the EURO 5 and EURO 6 standards The Ordering Party requires that the vehicles declared by the Contractor in the submitted offer be used for waste collection. The declared vehicles must collect waste throughout the entire contract implementation period. The Ordering Party requires that the declared vehicles meet at least the EURO 5 standard. Compliance with the EURO 6 standard by the declared vehicles is a criterion for bid evaluation. During the service, it is possible to replace the declared vehicles with others that meet at least the EURO 5 and EURO 6 standards, in accordance with the submitted offer.Vehicles meeting the requirements specified in the Act on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels Pursuant to art. 68a paragraph 1 points 1 and 2 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, when performing this contract, ensure the participation of at least 1 vehicle powered by alternative fuels referred to in the indicated Act, in the fleet of vehicles in use, i.e. vehicles of categories: 1) N2 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum total weight exceeding 3.5 t, but not exceeding 12 t), 2) N3 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum total weight exceeding 12 t). with tender notice no. 710191-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
