The Gmina Trzciana in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated on real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Trzciana Commune, where residents live or where waste is generated, excluding construction waste that does not constitute municipal waste and waste generated in institutions, schools, public facilities and as a result of business activities. 2. Characteristics of the Commune: 2.1 Area of ​​the Trzciana Commune: approx. 44 km2 Villages: Trzciana, Leszczyna, Łąkta Dolna, Ujazd, Kierlikówka, Rdzawa and Kamionna 2.2 Number of inhabitants of the Trzciana Commune as of 02.10.2026 - 5029 (according to submitted declarations) 2.3 Number of waste collection points as of 02.10.2026 - 1506 (the value may change during the period of contract execution) 3. Estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected, transported and managed is in total: 1142 Mg /12 months, including: a) unsegregated (mixed) with code 20 03 01: 352 Mg/12 months b) waste collected in a selective manner in the amount of: 790 Mg/12 months Amount of waste generated within the Commune Trzciana is not dependent on the Ordering Party - the above-mentioned quantities may change (increase or decrease) by no more than 20%. 4. Mixed and segregated municipal waste (excluding bulky waste, used tires, and waste electrical and electronic equipment) from the Trzciana Commune will be collected from property owners in bags or containers. The Contractor will supply property owners exclusively with: a) different-colored bags marked with the logo and/or name of the company collecting municipal waste and an inscription specifying their purpose (type of waste collected); b) self-adhesive bag labels enabling identification of the property. Owners are not required to have containers, but if they do have them, they will not be precluded from collecting the waste collected in them. 5.
