The Contractor is obligated to perform the contract under the terms and conditions described in the draft agreement. 10. Method of settlement of the subject of the contract: 10.1 Detailed principles for the settlement of the parties for the performance of the subject of the contract are specified in §§ 3 and 4 of the draft agreement, which constitutes an appendix to the Technical Specifications. 10.2 The quantities of municipal waste and the number of bags of bio-waste constituting plant parts from the maintenance of green areas and gardens, indicated by the Ordering Party in the offer form, i.e., Appendix No. 1 to the contract, constitute the basis for calculating the offer price.
