The Głuchów Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of municipal waste collection and management services from owners of residential properties, including summer cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, for the period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028. The municipal waste collection service covers all residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Głuchów Commune, as well as equipping the aforementioned properties with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste and bags for collecting segregated waste. The contractor is obligated to collect any amount of municipal waste generated on the aforementioned properties and placed in front of the property. 1. The subject of the contract includes the following services: 1.1. Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents, including: a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, b) sorted municipal waste divided into the following fractions: − paper with code 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 20 01 01, − glass with code 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 20 01 02, − plastics with code 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, − metals with code 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40, − multi-material packaging with code 15 01 05, 15 01 06, − biodegradable waste coded 20 02 01, − ash coded 20 01 99, c) sorted municipal waste: − used electrical and electronic equipment coded 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, − bulky waste coded 20 03 07, − used tires coded 16 01 03, − used clothing and textiles coded 20 01 10, 20 01 11 as part of collection carried out twice a year in accordance with the schedule agreed by the parties; 1.2. Owners of properties on which single-family and multi-unit residential buildings are located must be provided with containers for mixed waste with a minimum capacity of 120 l. Owners of households of 6 or more people will be entitled to 240 l containers. Waste containers must be equipped with wheels. 1.3. Owners of properties on which single-family and multi-unit residential buildings are located must be provided with bags for segregated waste with a capacity of 120 l. The colors and markings of the bags must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021, on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906). 1.4 Collection of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Głuchów commune, including: a) chemicals with code 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30, b) paper with code 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 20 01 01, c) glass with code 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 20 01 02, d) plastics with code 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, e) metals with code 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40, f) multi-material packaging with code 15 01 05, 15 01 06, g) biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01,h) waste electrical and electronic equipment coded 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, i) bulky waste coded 20 03 07, j) used tires coded 16 01 03, k) expired medicines coded 20 01 32 l) used clothing and textiles coded 20 01 10, 20 01 11 m) non-hazardous construction and demolition waste coded 17 01 01, 17 01 07, 17 09 04 n) ash coded 20 01 99, o) used batteries and accumulators coded 20 01 33*, 20 01 34 u) waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; 2.
