Establishing and operating a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) within the Municipality or City of Biłgoraj, accepting, collecting, and managing municipal waste delivered by residents or property managers. The PSZOK will be a collection and temporary storage site. Waste collected at the PSZOK will be transferred to a waste recovery or disposal facility in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Art. 17 of the Waste Management Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587). The estimated amount of municipal waste is 2,280 Mg.
