Reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate on landfill reduction levels for biodegradable municipal waste The Contractor is obligated to manage collected municipal waste in a manner that achieves specified levels of recycling preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling in accordance with the Act of September 13 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities Journal of Laws of 2024 item 399 as amended and the currently applicable implementing regulations to this Act Achieve a minimum 55 level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste by weight Municipal waste collection covers all towns within the Mich w Commune and all residential properties as specified by the ordering party The property owner shall equip the property with containers or bins for collecting mixed municipal waste In connection with the execution of the contract the Contractor is fully responsible for proper waste management in accordance with applicable law Before the first collection the Contractor will provide property owners with a leaflet printed and designed by the Contractor after consultation with the ordering party regarding the waste segregation process Estimated amount of waste Mg Unsorted mixed municipal waste -
