Detailed description of the subject of the contract 1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management (in accordance with the waste hierarchy) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from properties located in the Jabłonka Commune, where residents live, in a manner ensuring achievement of the required levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage in accordance with applicable regulations in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the resolution of the Jabłonka Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Jabłonka Commune, and the provisions of the resolution of the Jabłonka Commune Council on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the scope of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a municipal waste management fee. 2) The subject of the contract also includes the collection and management of construction and demolition waste from households, to which, in accordance with Art. 1b, section 2 of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the regulations on handling municipal waste apply. 4. The estimated mass of waste that the Contractor will be obliged to collect and manage during the contract implementation period in 2027 is 3,620.20 Mg. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to provide services using vehicles submitted in the tender offer, meeting the requirements referred to in Chapter 13 of the Technical Specifications. 6. The indicated amounts of collected waste are provided only as an aid to facilitate the Contractors' pricing of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste. The amount of waste may be reduced or increased, depending on the Ordering Party's needs. A change in the amount of waste will result in a change in the Contractor's final remuneration. Failure to complete the entire scope of the order will not result in any claims by the Contractor against the Ordering Party. 7.
