Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Waśniów commune for the years 2027-2028

The Wasniów Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of separately collected municipal waste and unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from residential properties located in the Waśniów commune, as well as the collection and management of separately collected municipal waste at the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) located on the premises of the sewage treatment plant in Pękosławice, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, subject to the next sentence. If the conclusion of a public procurement agreement is not possible by 1 January 2027, in particular due to a prolonged public procurement procedure, the provision of municipal waste collection and management services will begin on the first day on which the conclusion of a public procurement agreement is possible, in accordance with Article 264 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Law, taking into account Article 577 of the Public Procurement Law. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – “Description of the subject of the order.” 3.
