“Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Sandomierz Commune”

The subject of the contract includes: Collection and management of municipal waste from all properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Sandomierz Commune and inhabited by residents. Providing containers and bags for residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Sandomierz Commune. The estimated amount of waste to be collected from residential properties in 2027 is 6,169.5 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract) and in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (Draft Agreement). The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of exercising the option right: 1) Scope of the order covered by the option right: The option right includes the possibility of expanding the basic order under the basic agreement (collection and management of individual fractions of municipal waste collected from residential properties within the city) by submitting an order by the Ordering Party, under the terms and conditions specified in § 2 of the agreement (constituting Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specifications - draft agreement), with additional scope specified in Annex No. 3 to the draft agreement, i.e., a list of the quantity and type of individual waste fractions to be ordered under the option right and for additional remuneration. 2) Unit prices for orders executed under the option right will be the same as the unit prices specified for the basic order. 3) Orders executed under the option right are a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Failure to submit an order covered by the option right will not give rise to any claims by the Contractor against the Ordering Party. 4) Circumstances in which the option right may be exercised: The Ordering Party has the right to exercise the option right as a right that it may, but is not obligated to, exercise multiple times within the time limit provided for the performance of the basic contract, each time an appropriate need arises, in particular in a situation where: a) it is necessary to collect and manage municipal waste collected from the property in quantities greater than those specified in the basic contract; b) other regulations concerning the circumstances in which the option right may be exercised are included in the contract template constituting Appendix 2 to the Technical Specifications (in particular in § 2 of the draft contract). Maximum value of the option: 30% of the value of the basic contract.
