Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Krasnobród Commune in the period from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2027.

The Krasnobród Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) collection, transport and management of all municipal waste from residential property owners within the Krasnobród Municipality, 2) providing residential property owners with bags for selectively collected waste, 3) collection and transport of solid and liquid municipal waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point operated by the Krasnobród Municipality. Estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected under this contract: 1) from residential properties: 1,060.00 Mg (basic scope), and the amount covered by the option right: an additional 212.00 Mg. 2) from the Selective Waste Collection Point operated by the Krasnobród Municipality: 275.95 Mg (basic scope), and the amount covered by the option right: an additional 55.19 Mg. 5. Option Right 1) The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right (in whole or in part) if it is in the Ordering Party's interest and results from its current needs – after the completion of the basic order. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with written notice of the need to exercise the option right as part of the contract. 2) The option right is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party, which it may, but is not obligated to, exercise as part of the contract's performance. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. 3) If the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the Contractor is contractually obligated to perform the service within the scope of the exercised option right. 4) The Ordering Party has the right to exercise the option right multiple times after the completion of the basic order – however, until the maximum scope of the option right is exhausted. 5) Collection of waste in quantities exceeding the option right requires an amendment to the contract. 6) Activation of the option will not require an amendment to the contract. 5.7) The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor in writing of the activation of the option in the form of a declaration of intent. 6. Pursuant to art. 433 item 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party hereby informs that the minimum value of the performance for the basic scope is 50% of the gross contractual remuneration indicated in § 9 section 1 of the Draft Agreement. 7. The detailed scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the order are specified in (Appendix No. 1 to the ToR) – Detailed description of the subject of the order – hereinafter referred to as the “ToR” and the Draft Agreement constituting (Appendix No. 2 to the ToR). with tender notice no. 689188-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
