Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of ​​the Municipality of Nowy Targ from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

The Gmina Miasto Nowy Targ in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of ​​the Municipality of the City of Nowy Targ from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 1.1. Collection of waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties: 1) in a selective manner: i.e. divided into five fractions specified below resulting from the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of the City of Nowy Targ: a) "PAPER" – containing selectively collected paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste; provided that for paper, the authorized entrepreneur will provide the owners with bags intended for this purpose, b) "METALS AND PLASTICS" – containing separately collected metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste, c) "GLASS" – containing separately collected glass waste, including glass packaging waste; provided that for glass, the authorized entrepreneur will provide the owners with bags intended for this purpose, d) "BIO" – containing biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste (waste classified under code 20 01 08 – biodegradable kitchen waste); provided that for the above-mentioned waste, the authorized entrepreneur will provide the owners with bags intended for this purpose, e) "MIXED and ASH" - containing other mixed waste that cannot be separated (e.g. disposable diapers and other personal hygiene products, used rubber and leather products, wood, used vacuum cleaner bags) and ash, f) BULKY WASTE - furniture and other bulky waste excluding tires, used electrical and electronic equipment and waste from group 17 (debris, construction waste such as windows, doors, glass panes, bathroom equipment), g) CLOTHING AND TEXTILE WASTE - used or unnecessary textile materials, such as clothing, footwear, bed linen, towels, curtains, drapes, blankets, as well as other household textiles. h) In the event of a property owners failure to segregate waste and a violation of applicable cleanliness and order regulations or unforeseen events, mixed waste may be collected and delivered to the waste management facility. i) The Contractor is obligated to collect containers/bags intended for municipal waste collection from property owners without residents, in accordance with their declared capacity and frequency. j) Bulky waste will be delivered and collected by the Contractor in bulk, using vehicles adapted for waste transport, on one or more dates/batches during the contract term.k) clothing and textile waste will be collected by the contractor on a mobile textile collection basis at designated points within the city using a vehicle adapted to transport waste at a frequency of at least 3 times during the term of the contract, l) in the event of changes in legal provisions or the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Nowy Targ, the contractor will ensure the possibility of delivering and collecting waste in the manner provided for in the current regulations, including in bags of a different color and the possibility of separating the delivered waste according to a different list of waste codes and/or division into fractions. 2) general numbers characterizing the commune and influencing the estimated amount of municipal waste generated during the period of contract performance: - area of ​​the Municipality of Nowy Targ: 5,107 ha (51.07 km2), - number of inhabitants inhabiting the Municipality of Nowy Targ as of December 31, 2025 was 30,985, - number of buildings: 156 multi-family buildings (blocks of flats) and 5,490 single-family buildings (inhabited properties), - number of entities: approx. 1,102 companies and institutions (uninhabited properties), - total area of ​​urban green areas mown annually is 31.81 ha. Based on the resulting fractions of municipal waste generated in the period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 – the amount of municipal waste collected from the area of ​​the city of Nowy Targ (excluding PSZOK) in the above-mentioned period is included in the table below.
