The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed from residential properties during the contract implementation period – approx. 1391.4 Mg. Type of waste subject to the order: 1) paper; 2) metals; 3) plastics; 4) glass; 5) multi-material packaging; 6) bio-waste constituting municipal waste, 7) expired medicines and chemicals; 8) waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; 9) used batteries and accumulators; 10) used electrical and electronic equipment; 11) furniture and other bulky waste; 12) construction and demolition waste; 13) used tires; 14) textile and clothing waste; 15) ash; 16) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste. 1. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and waste remaining after selection (code 20 03 01) Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers in single-family and multi-family housing areas located on residential properties, in the Lubań Commune in designated places (garbage canopies, designated places for containers). - from single-family housing areas - once every 2 weeks in the period from April 1 to October 31, in the remaining period once a month,- from multi-family housing areas - once a week in the period from April 1 to October 31, in the remaining period once every 2 weeks, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. 2.Separately collected municipal waste will be collected into containers and bags (in single-family housing areas) and containers (multi-family housing areas), placed on the premises of properties inhabited by residents of the Lubanie Commune in designated places (garbage sheds, designated places for containers). a.Paper (waste codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01) - from single-family housing areas once a month, - from multi-family housing areas twice a month, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. b.Glass (15 01 07,20 01 02) - from single-family housing areas once a month, from multi-family housing areas twice a month, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. c. Metals and plastics (waste codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 39, 20 01 40) from single-family housing areas once a month, from multi-family housing areas twice a month, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. d. Bio-waste constituting municipal waste (waste codes: 20 01 08, 20 02 01) - from single-family housing areas once every two weeks in the period from April 1 to October 31, in the remaining period once a month, - from multi-family housing areas once a a week in the period from April 1 to October 31, in the remaining period once every 2 weeks, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. e. Ash from households (waste codes: 20 01 99, 20 03 99) - from single-family housing areas - once a month in the period from October 1 to April 30, from multi-family housing areas - once a month in the period from October 1 to April 30, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - from single-family and multi-family housing areas - in July - one waste collection from in front of the property throughout the commune, in the period from May 1 to September 30, residents can deliver ash to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kucerz. f. Paper, glass, metals, and plastics from areas designated for public use – according to actual needs, upon request by the Ordering Party, but no less than once a month. g. Bio-waste from areas designated for public use – according to actual needs, upon request by the Ordering Party, but no less than twice a month in the period from April 1 to October 31, and once a month in the remaining period. h. Clothing and textiles – from single-family and multi-family housing areas, one waste collection from in front of the property in July throughout the entire Municipality (during the ash collection period in July).
