The Gmina Osiek in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the entire stream of municipal waste from properties located within the Osiek Commune in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, where residents reside, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse of paper, metals, plastics and glass, the achievement of appropriate storage levels, and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent for landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 773) and the implementing regulations to the aforementioned Act. As part of the service, the Contractor is obligated to organize and operate a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) within the Osiek Commune or within a distance of no more than 20 km from the administrative boundaries of the commune. The service will be implemented in accordance with applicable local law issued pursuant to the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 773), including, among others, the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Osiek Commune and the resolution regarding the detailed method and scope of providing services involving the collection of municipal waste from property owners in the Osiek Commune and the management of such waste in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owners. The Ordering Party reserves the right to amend the aforementioned resolutions to the extent necessary to align their provisions with applicable law. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "OPZ." with tender notice no. 690354-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
