Note: The amounts of waste provided by the Ordering Party are approximate and serve only for the comparison and evaluation of submitted offers. They were estimated based on data on the amount of waste collected and managed from previous years. The Ordering Party reserves the right to fulfill the order in smaller quantities, without reaching the full order value. The actual amount of waste will depend on the Ordering Partys actual needs, and the maximum value specified in the contract cannot (in the event of lower needs) constitute the basis for claims by the Contractor.
