Task 2 (Part II) Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 originating from the processing of bulky waste (20 03 07) from the premises of the Waste Management Plant, 20 Działkowa Street, Działkowa 20, 59-100 Polkowice in the period from the date of signing the agreement until December 31, 2027 or until the agreed quantities are exhausted. Task 3 (Part III) Collection and management of waste with codes 15 01 11* (Metal packaging containing hazardous porous structural reinforcement elements (e.g. asbestos), including empty pressure containers) under sentence no. 3. Task 4 (Part IV) Collection and management of waste with codes 20 01 28 (Paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins other than those mentioned), from the area of ​​the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste, ul. Działkowa 18, 59-100 Polkowice and from the Waste Management Plant ul. Działkowa 20, 59-100 Polkowice as part of task no. 4. Task 5 (Part V) Collection and management of waste with code 20 01 10 (Clothing), from the area of ​​the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste, ul. Działkowa 18, 59-100 Polkowice and from the Waste Management Plant ul. Działkowa 20, 59-100 Polkowice as part of task No. 5. Task 6 (Part VI) Service of collection and management of waste with code 16 01 03 (Waste tires) from the Waste Management Plant in Polkowice as part of task No. 6. Task 7 (Part VII) Service of collection and management of waste with code 16 01 03 (Waste tires) – scrap from the Waste Management Plant in Polkowice as part of task No. 7. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7, consisting in the repetition of similar services, the scope of which will constitute no more than 50% of the value of the basic contract. The above contract may be awarded within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, to the existing service contractor. The subject matter of the contract has been defined in detail in the tender specifications. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of applying the procedure resulting from art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law (the so-called reverse procedure). This means that the Contracting Authority may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of applying the procedure resulting from Article 139, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law in this procedure. This means thatthat Contractors are not obliged to submit the declaration referred to in Article 125, paragraph 1 of the Act with their offer.
