Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12

The Inter-municipal Municipal Waste Management Plant Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the collection and further management by the Contractor, in accordance with the permits held by it in this scope, of a batch of waste with code 19 12 12 from the mechanical screening of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), under the following conditions: a) The Ordering Party expects a monthly quantity of waste collection of no less than 300 Mg and no more than 500 Mg, b) The Ordering Party establishes a 1-month settlement period for partial execution of the order, c) The Contractor will ensure the collection of the entire waste stream with code 191212 generated by the Ordering Party, within the range of 300-500 Mg/month, d) The waste will be delivered in bales, the weight of one bale is approximately 500 kg, e) There is no possibility of loading the waste in bulk, f) The delivered waste 191212 constitutes the sieve overflow fraction > 80 mm from the processing of mixed municipal waste. (20 03 01), g) The storage place for the transferred waste is not roofed, h) The Ordering Party does not have tests for the transferred waste 191212, i) Loading at the Ordering Partys discretion will be carried out using a forklift, j) The Contractor will provide trucks with a “walking floor” semi-trailer or a standard – tarpaulin-covered semi-trailer for loading, k) The Ordering Party guarantees the weight of the loaded waste of not less than 20Mg, l) The Contractor will collect the waste within 2 business days of the Ordering Party sending the information by email. Collection will take place only on business days. To load on a given day, the vehicle must be available by 1:30 p.m., m) The waste collection place is the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Janczyce 50, 27-552 Baćkowice, province. Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, n) All costs related to the execution of the order from the collection place above are covered by the Contractor, o) The Ordering Party emphasizes that the amount of collected waste may change, however, it guarantees the volume of a single collection within the full capacity of the contractor’s means of transport, p) The Contractor may not make any additional claims to the Ordering Party for the total amount of waste collected during the settlement period, within the indicated tolerance, q) The waste can be inspected at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Janczyce 50, 27-552 Baćkowice, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship on working days from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with tender notice no. 717367-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
