The Department of Municipal Economy and Services Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste stream code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, generated in the technological process: - from the mixed municipal waste line (MBP), - from the bulky waste sorting line, at the Waste Disposal Center of Łużyckie Municipalities in Lubań at 1 Bazaltowa Street. The estimated amount of waste for management that will be transferred to the Contractor during the contract term will be approximately 2,800 Mg. NOTE - the ordering party stipulates that the specified amount is an estimate based on the ordering party's previous experience with the subject matter of the contract, illustrating the possible scope of the subject matter of the contract and which may be helpful during the offer preparation stage. The ordering party does not, however, commit to fulfilling the order up to the full amount of the specified amount of waste. The final amount of waste is not dependent on the ordering party's forecasts. Scope of the contract and description of the ordering party's requirements for implementation and collection: The collection point for waste intended for transport and management is the Waste Disposal Center of the Lusatian Communes in Lubań, at ul. Bazaltowa 1, 59-800 Lubań. Waste collection will be carried out by means of transport arranged by the Contractor and at its expense. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide "walking floor" trailers for loading. Waste transport should be carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations regarding transport and waste management. The Contractor should monitor applicable regulations at every stage of the contract execution and implement the contract in accordance with them. Waste loading is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. The contract will be implemented upon request, successively according to the Ordering Party's needs, three days in advance. The Contractor will be obligated to send each collection notification in a timely manner, in a form agreed upon with the Ordering Party (e.g., electronically to the email address provided). Waste collection will take place on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Two to five trips per day are expected. The number of trips may change after prior arrangements between the parties' representatives. Waste collected by the Contractor will be weighed on the Ordering Party's certified scales located at the Waste Disposal Center of the Łużyce Communes in Lubań, at ul. Bazaltowa 1, 59-800 Lubań. Each weighing will be confirmed by a scale receipt and a printed confirmation of the generation of a waste transfer card from the BDO system. These documents will constitute the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the Ordering Party and the Contractor.Records will be maintained based on quantities derived from the Ordering Party's weighing records. Billing for the collection and disposal of fractions will be based on weighing records for the month in which the service was performed. The basis for billing will be a VAT invoice issued by the Contractor.
