The Gmina Kampinos in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the collection and management through recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from properties located in the Kampinos Commune, where residents live, as well as from the selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located in Kampinos A near the sewage treatment plant and from the collection point for expired medicines and the collection point for used batteries, in a manner: 1) ensuring the achievement of the required levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, levels of storage of municipal waste and waste from municipal waste processing, levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage (in the scope of waste collected under the contract) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) and the currently applicable implementing acts to this Act, including in particular: ▪ the Regulation of 3 August 2021 of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) ▪ Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017 on the levels of limiting the storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412) 2) consistent with the provisions of the applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Mazovian Voivodeship Assembly No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazovian Voivodeship 2030, hereinafter referred to as the PGO, and consistent with the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kampinos Commune in force during the term of the agreement.
