Collection and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 generated at the Waste Management Plant at Rzeszotarska Street in Legnica, divided into parts

The Legnica Municipal Utilities Company Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the collection and management through recovery (excluding storage and disposal) by the Contractor of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, generated at the Waste Management Plant in Legnica at Rzeszotarska Street, hereinafter referred to as "ZZO". Collection and management of the aforementioned waste will take place in accordance with the current permits held by the Contractor or Subcontractor. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers for individual lots of the order. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or all of the lots listed below: 1) PART NO. 1 OF THE ORDER entitled “Collection and management through recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 generated from mixed and selectively collected municipal waste under Part No. 1 of the order”, 2) PART NO. 2 OF THE ORDER titled “Collection and management through recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 generated from bulky waste under Part No. 2 of the order”. The maximum amount of waste planned for collection and management under PART NO. 1 OF THE ORDER over a 12-month period is 10,000 Mg. The guaranteed minimum amount of waste with code 19 12 12 that the Ordering Party will transfer to the Contractor under PART NO. 1 OF THE ORDER is 5,000 Mg. The maximum quantity of waste planned for collection and management under PART NO. 2 OF THE ORDER over a 12-month period is 2,500 Mg. The guaranteed minimum quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 that the Ordering Party will transfer to the Contractor under PART NO. 2 OF THE ORDER is 1,000 Mg. A full description of the subject matter of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the contract template, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. Before submitting its offer, the Contractor has the opportunity to conduct an on-site inspection of the area where the subject matter of the order will be performed and to familiarize itself with the quality of waste collected at the ZZO in Legnica. Detailed provisions regarding the on-site inspection are included in point V.4 of the ToR. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding the Contractor contracts involving the repetition of similar services, compliant with the subject matter of the basic contract, referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7) of the Public Procurement Law, constituting no more than 50% of the value of the basic contract. The contracts referred to above may be awarded under a single-source procurement procedure within three years of the award of the basic contract if there is a need to expand the basic contract in terms of the quantities of waste transferred to the Contractor for recovery with code 19 12 12. In such a case, the Ordering Party will send the Contractor an invitation to negotiate, including in particular a description of the subject of the contract, a contract template, and the conditions for participation in the procedure and grounds for exclusion from the procedure.
