The Ordering Party may exercise this option in whole or in part, on a one-off basis or in several installments. An option is envisaged to increase the quantity of waste with code ex19 12 12 (overstrained waste) designated for collection and management. 3. The waste offered under the contract is the light fraction from the fuel production line. The light fraction of waste comprises plastic, waste paper, rubber, textiles, wood, and biodegradable waste. Due to the nature of municipal waste and its significant morphological variability, the presence of glass and metals in the generated light fraction cannot be ruled out. Due to the fact that the composition of the fraction depends on the morphology of the waste brought to the ZUOK, the above composition is only indicative and cannot be the basis for any claims against the Ordering Party. 8.
