Implementation date: From 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2027 4. Potential: 1) The contractor must be entered in the register of regulated activities in the scope of municipal waste collection, referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, run by the executive body of the municipality, in the area of ​​which the subject of the contract will be implemented, i.e.: 2) part 1 – the city and municipality of Drawsko Pomorskie, the city and municipality of Kalisz Pomorski; 3) part 2 – the city and municipality of Złocieniec, the city and municipality of Szczecinek; 4) part 3 – the city of Wałcz, the city and municipality of Kalisz Pomorski, 5) part 4 – the municipality of Jastrowie. Containers for segregated waste should be provided separately for each type of waste and be permanently marked with the type of segregated waste for which the container is intended (containers for paper and cardboard waste, glass, plastic and metal waste, bulky waste, biodegradable waste). The number of containers (containers) for unsegregated and segregated solid waste, their capacity, location (taking into account the provisions of construction law and environmental protection) and the frequency of solid waste collection from each of the indicated locations. The Ordering Party, stating that the process of implementing the service consisting in the collection of solid municipal waste, i.e. emptying, transporting and disposal of solid waste from places indicated by the Ordering Party, involves the performance by persons directly performing work on the above-mentioned activities, in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code, therefore, during the performance of the service, the Ordering Party requires the employment by the Contractor and/or Subcontractors of all the above-mentioned employees performing the service for the entire duration of the contract under an employment contract. with tender notice no. 705618-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
