The Municipality of the City of Lębork in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties, from the area of ​​the Municipality of the City of Lębork from Sector I, Sector II, Sector III (including collection of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at ul. Żeromskiego 6B in Lębork) and its transport to the Waste Management Plant “Czysta Błękitna Kraina” Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówek in the period from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2028. The service also includes: a) delivering containers and bags for separately collected waste to properties; b) conducting an inventory of containers and marking containers with RFID transponders; c) providing property owners with municipal waste collection schedules; d) ensuring the proper sanitary, orderly and technical condition of “bell” containers for selective municipal waste collection; e) providing the Ordering Party with software for monitoring vehicle operation. 2) The contract is divided into lots and will be performed in three parts: Part I: Collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties, from the area of ​​the Municipality of the City of Lębork from Sector I and its transport to the Waste Management Plant “Czysta Błękitna Kraina” Sp. z o.o., Czarnówko 34, 84-351 Nowa Wieś Lęborska. Part II: Collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties, from the area of ​​the Municipality of the City of Lębork from Sector II and its transport to the Waste Management Plant “Czysta Błękitna Kraina” Sp. z o.o., Czarnówko 34, 84-351 Nowa Wieś Lęborska. Part III: Collection of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties, from the area of ​​the Municipality of the City of Lębork from Sector III and its transport to the Waste Management Plant “Czysta Błękitna Kraina” Sp. z o. o., Czarnówko 34, 84-351 Nowa Wieś Lęborska, and collection of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at 6B Żeromskiego Street in Lębork and transport thereof to the Waste Management Plant "Czysta Błękitna Kraina" Sp. z o. o. in Czarnówko. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, two or all lots. 3) The Ordering Party anticipates awarding contracts on the basis of art. 214 section 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. – a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services constituting no more than 60% of the value of the basic contract, within the scope of activities specified in the Description of the subject of the contract and similar activities, on the terms resulting from the contract for the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of the same type, subject to the possibility of changes in unit prices after negotiations and the availability of appropriate financial resources. 4) The Ordering Party anticipates exercising the option right referred to in art. 441 of the Public Procurement Act in the amount of up to 30% of the value of the basic contract. 5) Requirements regarding the subject of the order, description of the Ordering Party's requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the order are specified by:a) description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the DSC) – Appendix No. 1 to the STC, which is also an annex to the contract. b) draft contract provisions (draft contract) – Appendix No. 4 to the STC. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory.
