COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM PROPERTIES RESIDENTIAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RYKI AND FROM PSZOK IN 2027

The Gmina Ryki in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the direct collection from properties, transportation and management of municipal waste produced by property owners (households) as well as the collection and transportation of waste from the stationary Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point ("PSZOK") within the Gmina Ryki. The tenderer informs that, in accordance with art. 139 ust. 1 of the Pzp Act, it may first conduct an evaluation and assessment of tenders, and then qualify the contractor whose tender was rated the highest, in terms of the absence of exclusion criteria and meeting the participation conditions. The tenderer, in accordance with art. 95 ust. 1 of the Pzp Act, specifies the obligation to employ persons performing the activities referred to in paragraph 3.1 of the SWZ under a labor contract. To properly use the e-Procurement Platform services, the following are required: a) PC: minimum specifications: Intel Core2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, HD; one of the following operating systems installed: MS Windows 7 or newer, OSX/Mac OS 10.10, Ubuntu 14.04; one of the following browsers installed: Chrome 66.0 or newer, Firefox 59.0 or newer, Safari 11.1 or newer, Edge 14.0 and newer; or b) Tablet/Phone: minimum specifications: 4 processor cores, 2GB RAM, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, iOS 10.3; browser Chrome 61 or newer. 11.14.2. To fully utilize the platform's functionality, it may be necessary to enable in the browser: secure data transmission protocol SSL, JavaScript, and cookies; 11.14.3. Connection specifications, data format, encoding, and data reception time notation: a) connection specification – forms are provided via TLS 1.2 protocol; b) data format and encoding: forms are available in HTML format with UTF-8 encoding; c) data reception time notation: all operations are based on server time and data is recorded with precision to the second. 4.
