The Gmina Recz in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract includes the collection transport and management of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties in the Recz commune the collection transport and management of bulky waste used electrical and electronic equipment textiles and clothing from the Recz commune in a touring system twice a year at the Ordering Party s request the collection of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point at ul Szumin in the town of Recz plot no 432 10 together with the transport and management of collected waste and the supply of containers with a capacity of 10 m3 10 m3 7 m3 7 m3 intended for the collection of waste collected in PSZOK for the duration of the service agreement i e from 01 01 2027 to 31 12 2027 The service included in the contract should be performed in a way that ensures the achievement of the levels of recycling and preparation for reuse of municipal waste and the level of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act as well as in accordance with the provisions of local law The Ordering Party indicates that the forecast mass of waste covered by the order for waste from the area of the Recz Commune 15 villages is 1 381 6 Mg types of waste unsorted municipal waste sorted packaging waste paper plastic glass bio-waste mobile collection of bulky waste used electronic and waste equipment textiles and clothing 2 times a year while for the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point it is 267 53 Mg types of waste bulky waste used tires expired medicines chemicals and their packaging waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood used batteries and accumulators used electrical and electronic equipment construction and renovation waste textiles and clothing bio-waste plastic packaging glass plastics non-biodegradable waste Additionally the order covers the supply of 10 m3 10 m3 7 m3 and 7 m3 containers for waste from the PSZOK Public Waste Disposal Center A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No 6 to the SWZ with tender notice no. 669541-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
