A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). 3. The Ordering Party recommends that Contractors, before submitting their bids, conduct an on-site inspection of the work site, after making an appointment with a representative of the Ordering Party by calling 669 229 896, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of such evidence. 5. Pursuant to Art. 126 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party will request the contractor whose bid was rated highest to submit, within a specified time limit, not shorter than 10 days from the date of the request, such evidence, if it required its submission in the contract notice or contract documents, and current as of the date of submission of such evidence. 6. The Ordering Party will use Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.: The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose bid was rated highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. with tender notice no. 694088-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
