Comprehensive cleaning service in the official facilities of the Police of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

The Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive cleaning service at Police service facilities in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. A detailed catalogue of activities, place of performance, method of performance, quantity and frequency are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Appendix no. 1.1-1.10 to the Specifications of Technical Specifications (respectively to each part of the procedure). The Contractor will be obliged to perform the service using his own materials and equipment, guaranteeing the performance of the subject of the contract with due diligence. Consumables such as soap, toilet paper remain the responsibility of the Ordering Party. 2. The contract has been divided into 10 parts indicated below: Part 1: cleaning service at CBZC, ul. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, two, several or all lots of the progress. Maximum number of lots in which the Contractor may submit a tender: 10. 3. Accessibility requirements for disabled people. The Employer hereby declares that the subject of the contract includes the performance of a service and there are no specific requirements regarding accessibility of the subject of the contract for disabled people. 4. Information regarding the requirements for employment on the basis of an employment relationship. The requirements for employment based on an employment relationship are described in § 2 and 3 of the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU), which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. The Employer requires that all persons performing cleaning services, including persons employed by subcontractors or further subcontractors, be employed under an employment contract. 5. The Employer does not require the submission of the evidence in question. 6. The Employer does not envisage granting advance payments for the performance of the contract. Payment of the Contractors remuneration will be made monthly. 7. The Employer envisages the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, the so-called "reverse procedure," i.e., it may first examine and evaluate the offers (in each part of the procedure), and then conduct a subjective qualification of the contractor.whose offer was rated the highest (in each part of the procedure), in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion. 8. The places of service performance are indicated in the bid form – Appendix No. 1 to the Specifications of Contracts. 9. The commencement dates for service performance are indicated in Appendixes 1.1-1.10 to the Specifications of Contracts (as appropriate to the part of the procedure). 10. GDPR information clause - Chapter II of the Specifications of Contracts. 11. The proceedings are not conducted with the aim of concluding a framework agreement. 12. The Order does not allow the submission of variant offers. 13. The Order does not envisage the awarding of contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 items 7 and 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 14. The Order does not require the Contractor to conduct an on-site visit or to verify the documents necessary to perform the contract, referred to in art. 131 sec. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The Order provides for the possibility of an on-site visit at the Contractor’s request. An on-site visit is not mandatory and is not necessary to submit a bid. The Employer does not provide for reimbursement of participation costs. 16. The Employer does not reserve the right to compete for the contract only through Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 18. The Employer does not provide for the exclusion of Contractors on the grounds specified in Art. 109 of the Public Procurement Act.
