The frequency of individual services and the use of necessary hygiene measures are precisely specified in Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications - Description of the Subject Matter of the Order. 1. The Contractor will be obligated to perform the services subject to the Agreement in accordance with the following principles: a) Activities comprising comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness inside the facilities and maintenance of external areas will be carried out from Monday to Friday on weekdays during ARiMR working hours, i.e. from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the exception of activities related to snow removal, sprinkling of abrasive material on external areas and clearing snow from buildings (icicles, snow overhangs, etc.), and during periods of heavy snowfall on an ongoing basis, which should also be performed outside of ARiMR units' opening hours, so that the area is ready for use by 7:00 a.m. b) Cleaning of facilities should be organized in such a way as not to disrupt the work of the Regional Branch/District Office.c) For each cleaned premises, cleaners should be equipped with a platform such as steps or a ladder enabling access to a height of at least 1 m. d) During the performance of the Agreement, the Contractor is obligated to comply with the principles of information security and physical security, personal data protection regulations, fire protection, occupational health and safety, sanitary regulations, environmental protection, and the safety of persons and property. For work performed at heights above 1 m, the Contractor is obligated to appoint individuals with appropriate qualifications and medical examinations, equipped with the technical means and personal protective equipment necessary for the safe and proper performance of cleaning services. e) Detergents, disinfectants, cleaning products, and toiletries should have safety data sheets or other legally binding documents confirming their approval for marketing and use. The Ordering Party does not allow preparations registered as cosmetics (liquid soap) to be used in the performance of the Agreement. The service must be performed in accordance with sanitary regulations to ensure that the substances and preparations used for cleaning purposes do not pose a threat to human health, life, or the environment, i.e., in particular, comply with the requirements of the current Act of February 25, 2011 on Chemical Substances and Their Mixtures – all supplied and used sanitary, hygienic, and chemical products must be labeled with easily accessible information regarding the composition/certification, weight, etc.; containers with hygiene/cleaning products must be in their original packaging; pouring or transferring them to other packaging is prohibited, and they must not be marked with the manufacturer's markings, under penalty of penalties specified in the Agreement. f) Upon the Client's request, the Contractor will provide information on the quality of the tools, materials, cleaning products, detergents, abrasives, etc. used.To ensure that the substances and preparations used for cleaning purposes do not pose a threat to human health, life, or the environment, i.e., in particular, comply with the requirements of the current Act of 25 February 2011 on Chemical Substances and Their Mixtures – all supplied and used sanitary, hygienic, and chemical products must be labeled with easily accessible information regarding the composition/certification, weight, etc.; containers with hygiene/cleaning products must be in their original packaging; pouring or transferring them to other packaging is prohibited, and they must not be marked with the manufacturer's markings, under penalty of penalties specified in the Agreement. f) Upon the Ordering Party's request, the Contractor will provide information on the quality of the tools, materials, cleaning products, detergents, abrasive materials, etc. used.To ensure that the substances and preparations used for cleaning purposes do not pose a threat to human health, life, or the environment, i.e., in particular, comply with the requirements of the current Act of 25 February 2011 on Chemical Substances and Their Mixtures – all supplied and used sanitary, hygienic, and chemical products must be labeled with easily accessible information regarding the composition/certification, weight, etc.; containers with hygiene/cleaning products must be in their original packaging; pouring or transferring them to other packaging is prohibited, and they must not be marked with the manufacturer's markings, under penalty of penalties specified in the Agreement. f) Upon the Ordering Party's request, the Contractor will provide information on the quality of the tools, materials, cleaning products, detergents, abrasive materials, etc. used. with tender notice no. 677038-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
