The Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, Lublin Regional Branch in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this contract is comprehensive cleaning services for the Lublin Regional Branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR) and 20 subordinate district offices. This service will include, among other things, cleaning flat surfaces, including furniture and equipment occupying these areas, washing carpets and windows, including frames and window sills, as well as providing hygiene products in bathrooms, restrooms, and break rooms (paper towels, liquid soap, toilet paper, fragrances). The contractor will perform the service using its own equipment and its own cleaning and hygiene products. The contractor must ensure the continuous availability and access to hygiene products (liquid soap, toilet paper, paper towels). The contractor will be obligated to perform the comprehensive cleaning service with due diligence every office day and during ARiMR opening hours, i.e., from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The year-round grounds maintenance service applies to three district offices of the Lublin Regional Branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR) owned by the Agency (Hrubieszów, Krasnystaw, Tomaszów Lubelski). The scope of work will include sweeping, snow removal, and greenery maintenance (e.g., grass mowing), as pursuant to Article 5, Section 1, Item 4 of the Act of September 13, 1996, on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the property owner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness by removing mud, snow, ice, and other debris from sidewalks along the property. A sidewalk is defined as a designated section of a public road for pedestrian traffic located directly adjacent to the property boundary. Snow removal, de-icing, and sanding should be performed at times that ensure the area is ready for use by 6:30 a.m. (on ARiMR business days). On non-working days, i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the Contractor will be obligated to clear snow, mud, snow, ice, and other debris from sidewalks along the property by 8:30 a.m. A detailed list of activities, their frequency, quality requirements for hygiene products and plant protection products, and physical and information security requirements for individual Parts constitute Appendixes 6A and 6B to the Technical Specifications. A summary of the areas subject to cleaning and the quantity of selected equipment items is presented in Appendix 6C to the Technical Specifications. The remaining essential requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject matter of the contract and the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Appendixes 7A and 7B to the Technical Specifications. The subject matter of the contract is divided into two parts: Part No. 1 covers the provision of comprehensive cleaning services at the premises of the Lublin Regional Branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR) and the District Office of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR) in Lublin.Part No. 2 covers the provision of comprehensive cleaning services in the premises of 19 district offices of the Lublin Regional Branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) and year-round maintenance services for the needs of: the District Office of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) in Hrubieszów, the District Office of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) in Krasnystaw and the District Office of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) in Tomaszów Lubelski. with tender notice no. 713218-2026 published on 15 Oct 2026.
