The intention to conduct an on-site visit should be notified via the Procurement Platform at: https://zamowienia.mfipr.gov.pl/, and its date will be set by the Ordering Party. The intention to conduct an on-site visit should be notified no later than 7 business days before the bid submission deadline. No clarification regarding the content of the SOP will be provided during the on-site visit. 4. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to first examine and evaluate the offers and then conduct a subjective qualification of the Contractor. 6. The Ordering Party does not require a performance security. 7.
