Comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in POP in 2027-2029

The Public Transport Authority in Warsaw, acting on the basis of powers of attorney granted on behalf of and for the benefit of the Capital City of Warsaw in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the Order is a service consisting in comprehensive cleaning maintenance in facilities managed by ZTM in the Warsaw Metro and used under lease agreements within the Capital City of Warsaw. List of Passenger Service Points, hereinafter referred to as POPs: 1) POP metro Ratusz Arsenał 2) POP metro Centrum I 3) POP metro Politechnika 4) POP metro Służew 5) POP metro Imielin 6) POP metro Dw. Wileński 7) POP metro Dw. Centralny 8) POP metro Bemowo 9) POP metro Kondratowicza 2. Detailed requirements, responsibilities, scope and schedule of the framework frequency of performance of the service falling within the scope of the Subject Matter of the Order are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (Appendix No. 1 to the ToS). 3. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor employs persons performing services consisting in comprehensive cleaning maintenance in facilities managed by ZTM in the Warsaw Metro and used under lease agreements within the Capital City of Warsaw under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended). The method of documenting the employment of these persons and the Ordering Partys rights to monitor the Contractors compliance with the above-mentioned requirement, together with the definition of sanctions for failure to meet these requirements, is specified in the Contract Template, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 2) The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 388 item 2 letter c) of the Public Procurement Law. These contracts may include the provision of services consisting in comprehensive cleaning maintenance in newly opened POPs. The Ordering Party will award these contracts on terms no worse than the basic contract. In the event of opening a new POP, the lump sum monthly price for its comprehensive cleaning maintenance will be equal to the monthly price indicated in the Contractors offer for the point with the closest size (area in m²) to the newly opened point. with tender notice no. 710102-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
