The MUNICIPALITY OF BOGUSZÓW - GORCE in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, i.e. energy supply with distribution services for the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications – description of the subject of the order. The demand for electricity in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 is: 946,684 kWh of the basic order. 2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 – Energy Law. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the electricity sales agreement – ​​Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. 3. The reserve seller is: Tauron Sprzedaż Sp. z o. o. 4. The applicable comprehensive/electricity sales agreements with the existing electricity suppliers for the electricity consumption points included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ are concluded for a fixed term, and a detailed description for each PPE point can be found in the column titled “Duration of the current agreement/notice period”. 5. Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ indicates for informational purposes the current parameters (tariff group/contracted capacity), which may be subject to change during the term of the electricity contract. 6. During the execution of the order, the ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electricity in the basic order specified in section 4.1 of the SWZ by up to 20%: 6.1. the increase in the amount of electricity in the order will be based on an option right. The principles, scope and manner of exercising the option right by the Ordering Party are described in § 1 section 2 item 3 of the Draft provisions of the agreement according to Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, 6.2. The reduction of the amount of electricity in the order will take place on the basis, to the extent and in the manner described in § 1 section 2 point 4 of the Draft provisions of the contract according to Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. 7. The Ordering Party will conclude two comprehensive contracts for the supply of electricity together with the distribution service with the entity selected in this procedure. with tender notice no. 704631-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
