This will be a comprehensive service consisting of the provision of electricity supply services through its sale and the provision of electricity transmission and distribution services to hospital facilities. The Ordering Party is obligated to inform the Contractor of any changes affecting the billing method, in particular the loss of Prosumer status, changes in the total installed electrical capacity of the micro-installation, the type of energy source in the micro-installation, or permanent disconnection of the micro-installation from the DSO network, within 14 days of the change.
