The Ordering Party's gas installation is connected to the gas network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów, ul. Wojciecha Bandrowskiego 16. The current supplier of gas fuel is: Unimot Energia i Gaz Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Aleje Jerozolimskie 142B, 02-305 Warsaw. 6. The Contractor undertakes to terminate comprehensive agreements concluded for an indefinite period. 7. A detailed description and the manner of execution of the order are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DOS), constituting Appendix No. 10 to the ToR. with tender notice no. 682126-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
