The Gmina Kalwaria Zebrzydowska in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. Natural gas must be supplied in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), the Civil Code, and implementing regulations issued thereunder. The Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Commune, as a public administration unit, is exempt from excise tax. The gas will be used for its own needs. 3. The order must be completed within 12 months, counted from the date of commencement of gas fuel deliveries, provided that the provision of the comprehensive service will commence no earlier than the date of commencement of the distribution service by the DSO under the agreement. 4. For the purposes of this procedure, the Contracting Authority assumed the expected consumption of natural gas over a one-year period at the level of 3,708,000.00 kWh (at a conversion factor of 11.54 kWh/m3), including for: 1) the Commune of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska: 3,000,400 kWh; 2) the Center of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska: 174,000 kWh; 3) Stanisław Wyspiański Public Library in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska: 26,000 kWh; 4) Independent Public Health Care Facility in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska: 428,000 kWh; 5) Volunteer Fire Department in Brody: 3,800 kWh; 6) Volunteer Fire Department in Barwałd Górny: 26,000 kWh; 7) Volunteer Fire Department in Przytkowice: 30,000 kWh; 8) Volunteer Fire Department in Stanisław Dolny: 14,000 kWh; 9) Volunteer Fire Department in Zebrzydowice: 5,800 kWh; 5. The Ordering Party’s gas installation is connected to the gas network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów, Wojciecha Bandrowskiego 16. The current supplier of gas fuel is: Unimot Energia i Gaz Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office: Aleje Jerozolimskie Street, No. 142B, 02-305 Warsaw and myOrlen sp. z o.o., Jana Kazimierza 3 Street, 01-248 Warsaw. 6.The Contractor undertakes to terminate comprehensive contracts concluded for an indefinite period. 7. A detailed description and method of contract execution are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (DOS), constituting Appendix 9 to the DOS. 8.
