Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E to the buildings of the Mogilany Commune and its organizational units

The Gmina Mogilany in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the proceedings is the Comprehensive supply of type E high-methane natural gas to buildings of the Mogilany Commune and its organizational units. 2. Comprehensive gas supply will take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of a sales agreement and an agreement for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law, the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 795) and implementing regulations issued on their basis. 3. Estimated natural gas demand in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 is 5,651,000 kWh. The above value is an estimate, provided for the purpose of determining the value of the order, which does not reflect actual or declared natural gas consumption during the term of the contract and can under no circumstances constitute a basis for any claims by the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the gas volume. The current operator of the Distribution System is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. 4. The costs of using the subject of the Order will consist of: a gas sales fee, a subscription fee, a fixed distribution fee, and a variable distribution fee. The Customer is classified by their relevant distribution system (DSO) into tariff groups with the designations W-1.1, W-2.1., W-3.12, W-3.6., W-4., and W-5. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order, along with a list of natural gas consumption points, is included in Appendix No. 9 and Appendix No. 9.1 to the description of the subject of the order.
