Comprehensive supply of natural gas, including sales and distribution services to the facilities of Wrocław Airport SA in 2027

The Port of Wrocław Airport S.A. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the comprehensive delivery of high-methane natural gas of type E, including the sale of gas fuel and the provision of distribution services to the Port of Wrocław Airport S.A. facilities for the year 2027. The comprehensive delivery will be carried out from the beginning of the first gas month falling in 2027 to the end of the last gas month falling in 2027, i.e., from 06:00 on January 1, 2027, to 06:00 on January 1, 2028, subject to the possibility of extending the delivery period in accordance with the terms specified in the draft agreement terms. To carry out the order, the Contractor must possess the rights required by law for the trading of gas fuels and have the guaranteed possibility of providing the comprehensive service through the appropriate Distribution System Operator (DSO), in particular, based on the existing agreement with the DSO that enables the delivery to the gas collection points of the Buyer. The order covers the comprehensive delivery of natural gas to the Buyer's gas collection points (PPG). As of the preparation date of the procedure, three PPGs are connected and in use (TP, GA, and WAMS), and PPG WAMS 3 is in the process of connection and, in accordance with the Buyer's assumptions, will be included in the sale in the first quarter of 2027. The specific numbers, addresses, parameters, and consumption forecasts for PPGs are determined by the OPZ. The forecasted consumption of natural gas during the order implementation period amounts to a total of 9,755,321 kWh, including 9,274,303 kWh for already connected PPGs (TP, GA, WAMS) and 481,018 kWh for WAMS 3. The Buyer guarantees a minimum total consumption of 85% of the forecasted consumption for already connected PPGs, i.e., 7,883,157 kWh. The minimum volume does not include WAMS 3 or additional PPGs connected or activated under the agreement after its conclusion. Measurement and billing systems and technical parameters of individual PPGs: in accordance with the OPZ and the DSO's applicable conditions.
