The SPECIALIZED PSYCHIATRIC HEALTH CARE TEAM IN ŁÓDŹ in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Full title: Conducting didactic classes as part of specialization training in child and adolescent psychotherapy for individuals participating in the project entitled: "To the Rescue – DIM Staff" co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development program 2021-2027. 1. The subject of this contract is the preparation and conducting of didactic classes in specialization courses as part of specialization training in child and adolescent psychotherapy (Module I), in accordance with the specialization training program in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from 2026, approved by the Minister of Health for individuals participating in the project entitled: "To the Rescue – DIM Staff" co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development program 2021-2027. 2. This contract is divided into lots. A detailed description of the subject of the order in relation to individual parts of the order constitutes Appendix No. 1A-1B and Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for any selected parts of the order, subject to the provisions contained in point 5. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the ToR and in Appendix No. 1A-1B to the ToR and the contract template, which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. 5. NOTE: due to the organizational assumptions of the training indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of specialization training, which constitutes an appendix to the Description of the subject of the order, the Contractor shall ensure the availability of a person designated to perform a given part of the order, meeting the minimum substantive requirements specified by the Ordering Party in chapter VIII item 1 sub-item 4 of the ToR and in Appendix No. 1B to the ToR for a given part of the order, as well as the implementation of classes on specific topics for indicated groups of participants, in the manner and on the dates indicated in the detailed schedule for the implementation of specialization training, which constitutes an appendix to the Description of the subject of the order. 6. Minimum guaranteed level of order execution: The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at the level: The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at the level: implementation of 1 hour of teaching classes for Group No. 2 (in accordance with the detailed schedule of the implementation of the specialization training - appendix to the OPZ) within the scope of each part of the order. with tender notice no. 692647-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
