Construction, delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations with renewable energy storage facilities on the high attic of the Ministry of Finance building - implementation in the design and build formula

The Ministry of Finance in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 2.1 The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations together with renewable energy source storage facilities on the high attic floor of the Ministry of Finance building, using the design and build formula; 2.1.1 The subject of the contract includes: 2.1.1.1 development of Design Documentation in the scope of: 2.1.1.1.1 Technical design; 2.1.1.1.2 Architectural and Construction design; 2.1.1.1.3 Site Development Design – if required. 2.1.1.2 The Contractor's support for the Ordering Party in the scope of: 2.1.1.2.1 administrative proceedings before the MWKZ at every stage of obtaining a decision permitting to carry out the work; 2.1.1.2.2 administrative proceedings before the BAiPP at every stage of obtaining a building permit; 2.1.1.2.3 at every stage of obtaining a decision approving the solutions adopted in the Design Documentation. 2.1.1.3 Delivery, construction, and effective commissioning of a complete photovoltaic installation, in accordance with the Design Documentation and the decision authorizing the work. The installation will be handed over to the Ordering Party in a fully operational condition, ready for operation. Scope of execution: segments: B1, D1, E1' (13; 21; 12 PV panels). 2.1.1.4 Delivery, construction, and effective commissioning of the complete photovoltaic installation, in accordance with the Design Documentation and the decision permitting the work, as well as the Ordering Party's requirements. The installation will be handed over to the Ordering Party in a fully operational condition, ready for operation. The scope of work includes segments D2, D3, and B2 (17; 24; 13 PV panels). 2.1.1.5 Completion of all legally required notifications and reports regarding the photovoltaic installation, including reporting the micro-installation to the appropriate Distribution System Operator (DSO) and notifying the local Headquarters of the State Fire Service. 2.1.1.6 Delivery, installation, and commissioning of the photovoltaic installation monitoring and management system. 2.1.1.7 Exercising technical and authorial supervision, within the meaning of the Construction Law, over the implementation of the works to ensure their compliance with the design and legal provisions. 2.1.1.8 Preparation of as-built, instructional, and operational documentation in accordance with the requirements and guidelines specified in the Functional-Utility Program (FUP), constituting Appendix 1 to the FUP. 2.1.1.9 Conducting training on the operation and maintenance of the installed photovoltaic installation. 2.1.2 The detailed scope of works, requirements and method of performing the works, terms of execution of the order referred to in section 2.1.1 are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions (hereinafter referred to as "PPU") constituting Annex I to the SWZ and the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as "FUP") constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU. with tender notice no. 664578-2026 published on 28 Sep 2026.
